1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf, and "you" includes that organisation.

2. About the Site and about us

The Site is operated by Advanced Quantum Holding, a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration No. 1009075772, with its headquarters at Building 6556, Al Kawakib, Additional No. 2989, Riyadh 13313, Saudi Arabia ("Advanced Quantum", "we", "us" or "our").

The Site presents information about Advanced Quantum, its advisory practice areas, its people and its perspectives, and provides a means of contacting us and requesting a discovery call. It is provided for general informational purposes only.

3. No professional advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes management, risk, financial, legal, tax, regulatory, investment or other professional advice, and nothing on it should be relied upon as such. Content is of a general nature, may not reflect the most recent developments, and does not take account of your particular circumstances. You should obtain advice specific to your situation before acting on any information published on the Site.

Advanced Quantum provides advisory services only under a written engagement agreement signed by both parties that sets out the scope, fees, assumptions, limitations and responsibilities applicable to that engagement. No advisory, fiduciary or client relationship arises from your use of the Site, from any inquiry or correspondence, or from any discovery call, unless and until such an agreement is signed.

4. Inquiries and bookings

Submitting an inquiry through the Site or booking a discovery call through the embedded scheduler is a request for information only. It does not constitute an offer by you, or an acceptance by us, of any services, and it does not oblige either party to enter into an engagement. We may decline any inquiry or booking at our discretion, including where a conflict of interest, independence requirement, or regulatory consideration prevents us from acting.

Any information you share with us before an engagement agreement is signed is received on a non-confidential basis except to the extent that we expressly agree otherwise in writing, although we will handle any personal data in accordance with our Privacy Statement. Please do not send us material non-public, privileged or sensitive information through the Site.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and all of its content, including text, graphics, logos, the Advanced Quantum name and marks, page layouts, design elements, insights and publications, and the underlying software, are owned by or licensed to Advanced Quantum and are protected by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and international intellectual property laws.

You may view, download and print pages from the Site for your own internal, non-commercial reference, provided you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Site or its content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. The Advanced Quantum name and logo may not be used without our express written permission.

6. Acceptable use

When using the Site you agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation, including the Anti-Cyber Crime Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form, or impersonate any person or organisation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the servers on which it is hosted, or any connected system or database, or to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any of them.
• Introduce viruses, malicious code or any other harmful material, or interfere with the proper working of the Site.
• Use automated means, including bots, scrapers or crawlers, to access, extract or index the Site other than through standard search-engine indexing.
• Send unsolicited or bulk communications through the Site's forms, or use the Site to harass, defame or infringe the rights of any person.

7. Third-party services and links

The Site includes a scheduling tool provided by Google Calendar and may contain links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for your convenience only. We do not control third-party services, do not endorse their content, and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or practices. Your use of any third-party service, including Google Calendar, is subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy, which you should review before using it.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we disclaim all representations and warranties, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time without notice and without liability to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Advanced Quantum, its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, advisers and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary loss or damage, including loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site or its content, or your reliance on any information published on it, whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Advanced Quantum and its personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data through the Site is described in our Privacy Statement, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Site you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Statement.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the Site, are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent courts in the city of Riyadh shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.

13. General

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Statement, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site. These Terms are published in Arabic and English; in the event of any inconsistency between the two versions, the Arabic version shall prevail.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The date of the latest revision appears at the top. Your continued use of the Site after a revision is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, so please review this page periodically.
